PAYMENTS AND PRICES
We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
PayPal is the preferred way to pay online because it's safer and faster. PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, PayPal takes the payment from your card or bank directly, and your payment details are never shared on the internet. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor, including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

To pay with your card is easy and safe. All information about your card is transferred encoded. The safety standard of the technology is high and you can always feel safe when shopping in our webshop.

All prices shown on the webshop are listed in SEK, inclusive of Swedish VAT (25%).

SHIPPING COST IS FREE IN SWEDEN.

SHIPPING COST TO DENMARK, NORWAY, FINLAND IS 199 SEK
For deliveries to europe there will be shipping cost of 300 SEK per item. Shipping to US will cost 600 SEK per item.
All shipping costs are including VAT. This fee covers administration, packaging and freight. If you live elsewhere and wish to purchase our products, please send us an email to info@annaleena.se
Shipping takes approximately 14 business days depending on where in the world you are located.

EXCHANGING OR RETURNING A PRODUCT
If you should wish to return or exchange a product, first let us know by sending an email to info@annaleena.se within 14 days following the delivery of your order. Wait for a confirmation email from us before shipping the product back to.

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, we will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.
